CUCAT Series – Alkynylation
  • Specifically developed for the alkynylation unit of BYD synthesis in the Reppe Process. These catalysts utilize copper and bismuth as functional components and are adaptable to different process technologies.
  • CUCAT-5008: A basic copper carbonate catalyst designed exclusively for the INVISTA process. It features excellent reusability, favorable particle morphology, and high particle strength.
  • CUCAT-6008: An advanced copper-bismuth catalyst designed for the ISP, Sanwei, and Guanda processes. It offers high activity, long service life, and easy filtration.
CUCAT Series – Hydrogenation
  • High-performance catalysts with copper as the primary active component, supported on carriers such as alumina. Powder catalysts are suitable for slurry bed processes, while cylindrical tablet catalysts are designed for fixed-bed processes.
  • SUNCHEM specializes in developing copper catalysts for the hydrogenation of esters and carbonyl groups. These catalysts are characterized by high activity, high strength, and long service life, proven in applications such as BDO, OXO alcohols, and fatty alcohols. They are suitable for processes including ester hydrogenation to alcohols and aldehyde/ketone hydrogenation to alcohols.
CUCAT Series – Dehydrogenation
  • High-performance catalysts with copper as the primary active component, supported on silica or other carriers. Powder catalysts are suitable for slurry bed processes, while cylindrical tablet catalysts are designed for fixed-bed processes.
  • Developed by SUNCHEM specifically for alcohol dehydrogenation, these catalysts offer high activity, excellent selectivity, and extended service life. They are applicable in processes such as dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone and BDO to GBL.
